This day offers a wonderful opportunity to learn about the work, offerings and the spirit of the Assisi Institute.  Since our beginnings in Assisi, Italy in 1989, we have evolved into an internationally recognized Center for the Study of Archetypal Patterns.  With students from more than 42 countries worldwide, our work builds on the brilliance of C.G Jung, M.L. von Franz, and the pioneers in the “New Sciences of Complexity.”  This work advances and deepens our understanding of complexes, archetypes and the generation of form within the Psyche, Fairy Tales, the Cinema and the Therapeutic Relationship.

In this program, Dr. Cori Calkins and John Tumelty, both Certified Archetypal Pattern Analysts, will present their work on The Archetype of Lilith, and An Archetypal Understanding of Capra’s film “It’s a Wonderful Life.”  Through these presentations you will appreciate the importance of identifying and understanding the images and movement within archetypal fields.

Joining the founder of the Institute, Dr. Michael Conforti will be Jennifer Fadel, Curator of Programming, and Anastasia Konovalchuk, Director of Russian-Speaking Programs.  They will discuss future Institute programs including The Archetypal Pattern Analyst Training Program (APA), Beginning, Advanced and Master Dream Patterning, the Fairy Tale Seminars, the Voice of Psyche Wednesday Clinicals and the Clinical Certificate Courses which focus on training for clinicians.

We truly hope you will join us for this complimentary event, and come to know more about the heart and spirit of our work.
